1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Lil Watches website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Lil Watches reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this website.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing information are accurate and up to date.
As our products are viewed across different devices and screens, slight variations in color and appearance may occur. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or adjust specifications without prior notice.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency and include VAT and other applicable taxes required to be collected by Lil Watches.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Pre-Orders
From time to time, Lil Watches may offer products for pre-order.
Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be stated on the relevant product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, logistics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the contact details provided with your order.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
Payment for pre-order items will not be captured until the order is shipped.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting us.
With a pre-order you may add a physical card to wrap and give while the watch is on its way. The card is a separate purchase from the watch: 49 DKK for delivery in Denmark and €9.95 (or the equivalent in your currency) for all other countries, shipping included. The card is charged when you order and dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days in Denmark and 5-11 business days for other countries.
Cancelling a watch pre-order does not cancel or refund the card to wrap, which is charged and dispatched the day it is ordered.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or on the relevant product page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For orders containing pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs clearance may cause additional delays. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer when the products have been delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, in accordance with applicable law.
6. Returns & Consumer Rights
Lil Watches respects all applicable consumer protection laws.
Return, cancellation, and withdrawal rights may vary depending on the customer's country of residence and applicable legislation.

Returned products must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or local consumer legislation requires otherwise.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
7. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide details of the issue. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the matter.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, or otherwise does not conform to the order, Lil Watches will provide the remedies available under applicable consumer protection law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lil Watches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Privacy
Lil Watches processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information and your rights in relation to such processing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Danish law.
If you are a consumer residing outside Denmark, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection afforded to you under the laws that would otherwise apply.
